Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as directed by physicians and/or licensed nurses
• Monitor and record medication administration, including dosages and side effects
• Assist with vital sign checks, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address medication-related issues
• Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
• Participate in medication cart audits and quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and medication storage guidelines
