As an Intake Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting both client intake and staff recruitment. Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $35 for this full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage new client inquiries and intake process

• Organize and maintain accurate records

• Recruit and screen candidates (RBTs, BCBAs, etc.)

• Post job openings, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding

• Ensure timely communication with clients and staff

Requirements:

• Must have experience as a Intake Coordinator

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Familiarity with ABA roles, credentialing, and intake procedures

• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic systems
