Admissions Coordinator

The primary purpose of your position is to coordinate and facilitate referrals for potential admissions. The Admissions Coordinator will function as a liasion to the nursing unit to help ensure a smooth transition with the admissions process for all residents. Further, the position will function as a liasion with family members as well as the residents of the facility. 

Prior admission experience in health care facilities is a must. Computer skills required. 
Knowledgeable in Medicare requirements, and insurance providers 
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, visitors and the general public
