At Belgrove Rehab and Nursing Center, we know that mealtime is one of the most important parts of our residents’ day. We are looking for an experienced Cook who can bring both skill and compassion to the kitchen, creating meals that provide comfort, nutrition, and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious, flavorful meals tailored to residents’ dietary needs and preferences.

• Follow standardized recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety regulations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen environment.

• Collaborate with the dietary team on menu planning and meal preparation.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

• Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience (healthcare setting preferred).

• Prior experience in a nursing home, hospital, or similar dietary role (preferred).

• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and batch cooking practices.

• Culinary training or long-term care experience (a plus).

• Team-oriented with a strong passion for serving others.
