Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Director of Nursing - LVN to join our dedicated team at Bedford Wellness and Rehabilitation Center in Bedford, Texas. As a key leader in our care team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of quality care and patient satisfaction.

About the Role:

As an Assistant Director of Nursing - LVN, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the Medical/Surgical Unit, including supervising Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and other clinical staff

• Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching and development opportunities for nursing staff

• Ensuring effective communication among nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of quality care metrics

• Collaborating with the rehab team to ensure seamless transitions for patients
