Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to children in home, school, and community settings.

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.

• Collect and document client progress data.

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.

• Create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience working with children preferred but not required.

• Reliable transportation.

• Ability to pass a background check.

Schedule & Location

Pay: $26–$31 per hour

Hours: 10–40 hours per week

Schedule: Flexible

Location: Maryland
