Olivia Restorative Therapy and Nursing is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who brings strong clinical skills, compassion, and a team-first attitude.

You’ll provide hands-on care, support residents and CNAs, communicate with providers and families, and help keep the shift running smoothly.

Current LPN license required.
Long-term care experience is preferred, but we’re open to the right nurse who is ready to learn and grow.
