Job Summary:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Hopkins Restorative Care Center provides direct resident care and supports daily living activities to promote dignity, comfort, and well-being. As a valued member of our care team, you will work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for each resident.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and transfers)

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health data as directed

• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Support restorative and rehabilitative care practices as instructed

• Respect residents' rights, dignity, and privacy at all times

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and compassionate care delivery

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in Minnesota

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow care plans, policies, and instructions accurately

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays as scheduled
