Activity Aide

Job Type: Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:00-8pm and  every weekend 9-5

Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist in planned recreational programs for residents

• Encourage participation and ensure resident safety during activities

• Communicate any concerns to nursing staff

• Maintain attendance records for events

• Help decorate the facility for holidays and seasonal events

• Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Activities or Administrator

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

• Must be outgoing, creative, empathetic, and a strong team player

• Basic computer skills

Schedule:

• Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:00-8pm
