Job Summary:

We are seeking talented Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) to join our team! As a GPN at Carriage Square Rehab and Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents as assigned

• Administer and record medications/treatments

• Assist physicians with procedures and treatments

• Educate and support residents and their families

• Participate in care planning and evaluation with the healthcare team

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions

• Document observations and care provided

• Ensure a safe, comfortable environment

• May assist with unit management or serve as charge nurse

Requirements:

• GPNs: Completion of a Practical Nursing program and eligibility for Missouri licensure
