• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to licensed healthcare professionals

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Your Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
