Cleaner Maintenance Technician

Full Job Description

• General cleaning throughout the community. This includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors in all common areas and having apartments ready for a new move in.

• Cleaning the bathrooms, including mirrors, toilets, showers and baths.

• Cleaning the kitchen, including wiping down appliances, counters, sinks and cabinet doors.

• Cleaning interior windows.

• Removing garbage and recycling.

• Cleaning hallways and community rooms.

• Restocking personal items such as toilet paper, tissues, etc.

• Keeping track of cleaning supplies and letting management know when they are low and need to be replaced.

• Being reliable, also working well with others.

• Utilizing your time efficiently.

• Complete Maintenance Work Orders

• Attain to Preventative Maintenance

• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)

• Be on-call

• Assist with snow removal (salting, plowing, and shoveling)
