The Solana Doylestown is hiring a Part-Time Wellness Nurse/Nurse Supervisor (LPN) to join our care team!

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus!

No Nights. No 12-Hour Shifts. Just 7 AM–3 PM Nursing with a Team That Has Your Back.

Schedule:

• Part-Time | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Every other weekend

• Every other Monday and Friday

• Pay: $34–$36/hour

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do

As a Wellness Nurse, you'll provide clinical oversight while supporting our residents and care team. Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and support Resident Assistants, CMAs and nurses

• Assist with training and orientation of new clinical team members

• Ensure resident care and assignments are completed according to care plans and company standards

• Assist with staffing adjustments for call-outs or census changes

• Participate in daily clinical stand-up meetings

• Assess and follow up on resident condition changes

• Communicate updates with families and physicians as needed

• Review clinical documentation and follow up on resident needs

• Review and approve orders in QuickMar

• Assist with medication management and monthly medication cycle checks

• Complete required resident assessments, weights and vital signs

• Make daily rounds and provide clinical support to the care team

What You'll Need

• Current LPN/LVN or RN license in good standing

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• A passion for providing excellent care to older adults
