The Arbor Company is hiring a Full-Time Memory Care / Bridges Activity Coordinator to create engaging, meaningful experiences for residents living with memory loss.

Pay & Schedule

• $20 per hour

• Approximately 32 hours per week

• Daytime schedule — hours generally between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM

• Fridays off

• Every other weekend required — both Saturday and Sunday

• Some holidays required

• Occasional evening hours for special events

What You’ll Do

As our Memory Care / Bridges Activity Coordinator, you’ll help create days filled with purpose, connection, and fun. You’ll:

• Plan and lead engaging activities, programs, and special events

• Create experiences that support cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well-being

• Spend one-on-one time with residents and learn their individual interests

• Bring creativity and energy to daily memory care programming

• Help residents stay active, connected, and involved

• Partner with team members and families to create meaningful resident experiences

• Support Arbor’s signature memory care engagement programs

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You...

• Love working with seniors and building relationships

• Are creative, energetic, patient, and compassionate

• Enjoy planning activities, games, crafts, music, events, or group programs

• Have experience in activities, recreation, teaching, childcare, events, caregiving, memory care, or senior living

• Are comfortable engaging residents both one-on-one and in groups

• Want a role where your creativity can make an impact every day

• Memory care or senior living experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
