Arbor Terrace Glenview is hiring Activities Assistants to join our team!

If you’re creative, energetic, and love bringing people together, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As an Activities Assistant, you’ll help create meaningful, engaging experiences for our senior residents—from social events and games to outings, celebrations, and wellness activities.

Schedule: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Positions Available: Full-Time & Part-Time
Location: Arbor Terrace Glenview – Glenview, IL

What You’ll Do

As an Activities Assistant, you’ll help make each day meaningful and fun for our residents. You will:

• Plan and lead engaging activities, events, games, and programs

• Encourage residents to participate and build connections with others

• Assist with community outings, celebrations, and special events

• Get to know our residents and their individual interests

• Bring creativity, energy, and new ideas to our engagement program

• Work alongside a supportive team focused on creating an exceptional resident experience

You’ll Be Great on This Team If You:

• Are outgoing, creative, dependable, and comfortable leading groups

• Enjoy working with seniors and building meaningful relationships

• Have experience in activities, recreation, events, education, caregiving, hospitality, or a similar people-focused role

• Enjoy creating fun experiences and making a difference in someone’s day

Senior living experience is welcome but not required.
