What You'll Do

As the Dining Room Manager, you'll lead the front-of-house dining experience by:

• Managing the daily operations of the dining room to ensure exceptional resident satisfaction.

• Leading, coaching, scheduling, and developing the dining service team.

• Training new team members on hospitality standards, service techniques, table settings, and side work.

• Creating a warm, welcoming, restaurant-style dining experience for residents and their guests.

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and customer service.

• Collaborating with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure seamless meal service.

• Addressing resident requests and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

• Monitoring dining room presentation and ensuring consistent service excellence.

• Promoting teamwork while fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant, hospitality, country club, hotel, senior living, or food service environment.

• Experience training and developing front-of-house team members.

• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

• Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and building strong relationships.
