*Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3pm - 8pm and Thursday 11am-8pm*

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors with a friendly, professional attitude.

• Provide excellent customer service and hospitality at the front desk.

• Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and assist residents and guests.

• Receive and deliver packages to residents' apartments as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized. and welcoming lobby and reception area.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• One year of front desk, receptionist, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, welcoming attitude

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

• Dependable, professional, and team oriented.

• Able to lift, carry boxes, and deliver packages to residents' rooms, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
