Caregiver

The Lakeside at Amelia Island, an upscale assisted living community, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Resident Care Assistant (RA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hands-on care that promotes residents' comfort, dignity, and overall well-being in a warm and supportive environment.

Available Schedules:

• Full-Time Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Part-Time Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Shift Differentials Available:

• +$1.50/hour for Evening & Overnight Shifts
• +$1.50/hour for Memory Care Shifts

What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
• Build meaningful relationships with seniors
• Help create a safe, positive, and engaging environment
• Support residents with compassion, dignity, and respect

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP, or PCT preferred
• No certification required — we are willing to train the right person
• Memory Care experience is a plus, but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals
