Greater NY Nursing Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate RNs and LPNs to provide high-quality, one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nursing care in accordance with the patient’s care plan

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and care provided

• Provide skilled care, including ventilator, tracheostomy, and G-tube management, as applicable

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team

Qualifications:

• Current, active, and unrestricted RN or LPN license

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to provide safe and compassionate care independently in a homecare setting

Available Shifts:

• Saturday and Sunday - Day or Night Shifts Available

• Day Shifts: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

• Night Shifts: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
