About the role

Lead and oversee day-to-day nursing for assisted living and memory care—supporting quality of life, dignity, and choice.

You’ll partner with residents, families, providers, nurses, caregivers, and med techs while guiding the clinical team.

What you’ll do

· Oversee clinical operations, assessments, and care planning

· Respond to changes in condition and coordinate with providers

· Coach, schedule, and develop nursing and care teams

· Uphold documentation standards and regulatory compliance

· Collaborate across departments on staffing, training, and quality

Skills & attributes

· Leadership and team development

· Clear, observation-based communication and documentation

· Calm, decisive presence in emergencies

· Business awareness for labor and department expenses

· EHR/eMAR proficiency; MS Office comfort

Relatable experience

· Nursing leadership in senior living, LTC, or related settings

· Experience with pharmacies, physicians, and care partners

· Scheduling, training, and documentation responsibilities

Qualifications

· At least 21 years of age

· Current RN license; 2+ years’ experience (geriatrics a plus)

· Current negative TB test; CPR (or willingness to obtain)

· Able to pass a criminal background check

· Excellent time management and attention to detail
