The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Purchasing Specialist

What You Will Do

• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately, ensuring compliance with the firm's procurement policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including purchase orders and invoices. Update relevant databases or systems to track procurement data and ensure proper documentation.

• Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, tracking usage, and replenishing supplies as needed. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely availability of necessary items.

• Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any issues or concerns that may arise. Maintain professional and positive relationships with vendors.

• Collaborate with the finance department to track and monitor purchasing expenditures against budgetary allocations. Provide reports or updates on purchasing activities as required.

What You Must Have

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Detail oriented and thorough.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
