Qualifications:

• Current Missouri LPN license

• Strong communication and clinical skills

LPN Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, personalized nursing care

• Support residents in activities of daily living

• Monitor and record vital signs

• Maintain patient history and documentation

• Collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure optimal care

• Promote a safe and positive environment for residents
