About the Role

The Registered Nurse Weekdays Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department during weekdays. You will work closely with our Director of Nursing to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients. Additionally, you will provide guidance and oversight to our nursing staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to the nursing staff during weekdays

• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care

• Provide guidance and training to new staff members

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in patient care

• Manage and delegate tasks to ensure efficient use of resources

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and staff performance
