About the Role:

As a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient progress. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures
