CrossHope is an outpatient addiction and mental health treatment program in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. We're hiring a full-time Office Manager to run the front office and keep the clinic organized.

Office Manager Pay

• $50,000 to $60,000 a year

Office Manager Duties

• Run daily office operations, supplies, and vendor contacts

• Greet patients and help with intake paperwork and payments

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits

• Manage schedules, calendars, and meetings

• Keep records and filing current under HIPAA

Office Manager Requirements

• 2 or more years as an office manager or medical front office lead

• Insurance verification experience preferred

• Utilization review or behavioral health experience a plus

• Organized, steady, and good with people
