What You'll Do as an LPN:

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition

• Perform routine vitals and assessments

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Assist RNs and physicians during care

• Communicate with residents and their families

• Ensure compliance with care plans and regulations

Requirements:

• Current Ohio LPN License

• High School Diploma or GED

• Passion for working in long-term care
