Regional Vice President Of Nursing

Luxor Healthcare Group is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our regional team!

This position will primarily support our facilities in the Cincinnati area, with some travel to Northern Kentucky. We are looking for a strong nursing leader who can support our facilities, develop nursing teams, and help maintain high standards of resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and guidance to facility nursing teams.

• Support Directors of Nursing and nursing leadership with daily operations.

• Monitor clinical performance, quality measures, and regulatory compliance.

• Assist with surveys, audits, and plans of correction.

• Help improve resident outcomes, documentation, and care delivery.

• Support staffing, training, and nursing team development.

• Travel between assigned facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Nursing leadership experience required; regional or multi-facility experience preferred.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience required.

• Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to travel between facilities in Ohio and Kentucky.
