Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign tracking

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License or Registered Nurse License

• Previous experience as a Licensed Nurse preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
