About the Role:

As a Full-time Charge Nurse (RN/LPN), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily care and operations of our nursing team on the day shift. You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide direct patient care, and ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Your leadership skills and expertise will be essential in maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily care and operations of the nursing team on the day shift

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that care plans are implemented and updated as needed

• Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with organizational policies and procedures

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

• Demonstrate leadership skills and expertise in maintaining a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse (RN/LPN)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as needed

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
