Job Summary:

At SYNERGY HomeCare, we are seeking compassionate and caring Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aid, you will have the opportunity to provide non-medical care and support to clients in their own homes. Our Home Health Aides are the heart of our organization, and we are looking for individuals who share our commitment to providing wholehearted, life-energizing care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

• Provide personal care to clients as needed

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements:

• One year of experience in home care required

• HHA or CNA certification required

• Ability to learn Axis Care software preferred

• Self-motivated and willing to learn

• Background screening through the Clearinghouse required
