Set in the heart of beautiful Marina Bay, our skilled nursing facility is home to a strong, supportive team... and we’re looking for a proven leader to help guide the way forward! Are you an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing, who may be interested in joining our dynamic team at Alliance Health at Marina Bay? This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced, well-run building known for its outstanding team culture and long-standing leadership. You’ll be working alongside a dedicated Director of Nursing with over 25 Years of Nursing Home experience, and department heads who have been part of this facility for many years and are committed to supporting your success.

As ADON, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and helping to maintain the high standard of care our residents deserve. You'll also help coordinate nursing services with other departments to ensure seamless, consistent care across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations

• Support nursing staff and ensure all policies and procedures are followed

• Help coordinate resident care across departments

• Participate in staff development, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance efforts.

• Fall Champion: Responsible for ensuring all fall-related documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner to help reduce the risk of deficient practice.

• Wound Champion: Attends weekly wound rounds with the wound NP and ensures all wound documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Wound certification preferred.

• SDC/IP Backup: Must complete Infection Preventionist training within three months of employment unless already certified.

• Nursing Schedule Coverage: Responsible for managing the nursing schedule when the scheduler is off.

Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts RN license

• CPR certification

• At least 3 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably as an ADON in long-term care or sub-acute settings

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

• Wound care certification preferred
