Home Care Coordinator

Full-Time | In-Person | Suffern, NY

We are looking for an experienced Home Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, a strong communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced home care environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage client and caregiver schedules and coverage

• Answer calls professionally and assist clients and caregivers

• Handle call-outs, scheduling conflicts, and staffing needs

• Maintain accurate client and caregiver information

• Follow up on issues and ensure timely resolution

• Maintain strong communication with clients, caregivers, families, and team members

• Identify opportunities to increase service hours when appropriate

• Complete case-related tasks and other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of home care office experience required

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Professional communication skills

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to commute to Suffern, NY 10901
