Licensed Practical Nurse LPN-7A-7P, 7P-11P, & 7P-7A

What You'll Do:

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely

• Monitor and document resident health changes and report to RN/physician as needed

• Assist with ADLs (activities of daily living) and ensure resident comfort and dignity

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

• Support a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio

• Current CPR certification (or willing to obtain)

• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or geriatric nursing preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
