About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care. You will work closely with our physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and conducting vital signs
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in mandatory in-services and continuing education to maintain current knowledge and skills

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in the state of Florida

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar healthcare setting

• Current BLS certification

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
