We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our full-time team at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher. About the Role:

As an LPN at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher, you will:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting, including but not limited to:

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Monitoring and reporting patient status to physicians and other healthcare professionals

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Participating in care conferences and collaborative care planning

• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Promote a positive and supportive healing environment for patients, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Florida

• High school diploma or equivalent required
