About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our evening shift team at Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and hygiene

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, medication administration, and vital signs

• Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans and maintain accurate records

• Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff

• Perform various tasks as needed, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and ambulation

Requirements

• Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
