Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients, under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by medical staff

• Perform routine tasks such as vital signs, wound care, and vital functions

• Document patient care and progress in accordance with our established policies and procedures

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  *Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
