About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our team at Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians

• Monitor and report patient progress to physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and coordinate services
