About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for a morning (AM) case in Freehold, NJ. This opportunity is ideal for an RBT who is available for morning sessions and enjoys working with children in a supportive, in-home setting.

As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document client progress, and collaborate with families and clinical team members.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $24–$28 per hour

• Schedule: Morning (AM) hours

• Location: Freehold, NJ 07728

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.

• Previous ABA experience required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
