As an In-Home Caregiver (PRN) with BrightCare HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities, injuries, mobility difficulties, or illnesses in the comfort of their own homes. Our PRN caregivers are trained to deliver personalized care services that cater to each client's unique needs and health requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication reminders, and personal care
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care and maintain accurate records of client services
• Participate in client care conferences and update care plans as needed
• Adhere to BrightCare HomeCare's policies, procedures, and standards of care
