About the Role:

As an Evening Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care, medications, and treatments while ensuring adherence to facility policies and procedures

• Supervising a team of nursing staff to deliver exceptional care, addressing concerns, and providing feedback and coaching

• Coordinating patient care with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

• Monitoring and reporting patient status, concerns, and changes to the healthcare team

• Maintaining accurate records, implementing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• Collaborating with the Night Shift Manager to develop and implement evening shift goals, objectives, and workflows

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care
