Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our dynamic team at Rolling Hills Health & Rehab. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by preparing and serving nutritious meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and service, including cooking, serving, and cleaning up after meals

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including food storage areas and equipment

• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed

• Assist with resident meal planning and special dietary needs

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff members

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and nutrition

• Ability to lift and move moderate weights (up to 50 pounds)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
