About the Role:

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, evaluating, and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders in our senior residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve our residents' communication and swallowing abilities. Your expertise will enable our residents to regain their independence, build confidence, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of senior residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals

• Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy sessions to residents in a variety of settings, including individual and group therapy

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each resident

• Document resident progress, treatment plans, and outcomes

• Participate in staff education and training programs to stay current with best practices and industry developments
