Job Summary

Pioneer Ridge Health & Rehab, a family-owned and operated retirement community in Lawrence, Kansas, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Per Diem Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with a wide range of medical conditions and functional impairments, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to achieve optimal physical function, comfort, and well-being

• Conduct therapeutic interventions, including exercises, modalities, and activities designed to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kansas

• Per Diem position with flexible scheduling
