Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Pathologist to join our therapy team at Lexington Park Health & Rehab. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with our patients to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing disorders

• Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy services to patients

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in staff education and training programs to stay current with best practices in speech pathology

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field preferred
