We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist - Per Diem to join our rehabilitation team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality physical therapy services to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, treatments, and education

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote resident independence and rehabilitation

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, and nursing

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and treatment plans

• Participate in resident care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings

• Provide education and training to staff on physical therapy modalities and techniques

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist - Per Diem licensure in the state of Kansas

• A strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
