As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a fulfilling and engaging experience for our residents. Our assisted living community offers private apartment homes, where residents can furnish and decorate to their liking, allowing them to maintain their independence and individuality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement daily activities and programs designed to stimulate our residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being

• Collaborate with residents, families, and care team members to create personalized activity plans

• Plan and execute social events, outings, and entertainment programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities

• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and engagement

• Foster a sense of community by promoting social connections and friendships among residents

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations to continuously improve our activity programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Recreation Therapy, Gerontology, or related field) or equivalent experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in senior living, activity programming, or a related field

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing needs and priorities

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care
