Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of home care experience
• Must live in Orlando, FL, or within 5 miles
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Own a registered and insured vehicle
• Level 2 background check (fingerprints required)
• CPR Certification
• 1-hour HIV/Bloodborne Pathogen Certificate
• 2-hour Alzheimer’s/Dementia Certificate

Duties & Responsibilities

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support with personal hygiene and toileting
• Mobility assistance and transferring clients
• Medication reminders

Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)

• Companionship & conversation
• Meal preparation and assistance with nutrition
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Grocery shopping and running errands
• Managing client’s home environment and safety
