About the Role:

As a Housekeeper/Environmental Services Aide, you will maintain cleanliness throughout resident rooms, common areas, and workspaces, performing daily and deep cleaning tasks per facility protocols and standards. You will use housekeeping equipment safely and correctly, support infection control procedures, and provide a clean, dignified, and comfortable environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness throughout resident rooms, common areas, and workspaces
• Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks per facility protocols and standards
• Use housekeeping equipment (vacuums, buffers, shampooers, etc.) safely and correctly
• Support infection control procedures and use PPE appropriately
• Provide a clean, dignified, and comfortable environment for our residents
• Respect residents' privacy and individuality in all interactions

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to follow schedules, policies, and safety guidelines
• Strong work ethic and a genuine care for cleanliness and dignity
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required
