Barre Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team. We value the hard work you put in — and we show it with meaningful benefits like Daily Pay and tuition assistance.

Pay: up to $45.00 per hour
Pay-in-lieu rate: $50.00 per hour

Employees must work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week to qualify for these rates.

LPN Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.

• Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens

• Provide care in accordance with the individualized Care Plan

• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse in this state

• Experience is long term care or skilled nursing preferred
